Grilled Flank Steak
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 beef flavor boullion cubes or 2 teaspoons granules
1 to 2 pound flank steak
Directions
In a small glass bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce and boullion. Cook in Microwave on high setting 1 minute or until hot. Stir well and let stand 15 minutes. In plastic bag, pour marinade over meat, seal and marinade for 30 minutes at room temperature. Remove steak and discard marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness. Cut into thin diagonal slices and serve.
