Squaw Corn

INGREDIENTS


5 ears sweet corn (3 cups cut corn)
1 small green pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
dash black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Cut corn from cob. In a large skillet, cook onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in corn, salt and black pepper. Cover and cook slowly for about 10 minutes (or until corn is tender), stirring once or twice.
