Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
Line an 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil. Butter the foil, and set aside. In a large sauce pan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and continue to boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla and peanuts. Beat until well combined. Spread immediately into prepared pan and let cool completely. Lift foil from pan and cut into squares.
