Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients
8 ounces pasta
3 cups assorted fresh vegetables (cut into small pieces)
2 cups cubed Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup sliced ripe olives (drained)
1/2 cup thin red onion slices
1 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except Italian dressing. Refrigerate. Before serving add dressing; toss well.
