Hunter's Stew
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds deer meat
2 pounds suet
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 carrots
3 stalks celery
3 medium onions
2 potatoes
1 large can tomatoes
DIRECTIONS
Cut meat into chunks and brown in suet. Season and cover with water. Cook until meat is tender. Add vegetables and simmer until done.
