Crawfish Pie
Ingredients
1 lb. crawfish
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Mrs. Smith's pie shells
Directions
Sauté onions & bell peppers, add butter & crawfish. Cook until crawfish are done. Add milk & mushroom soup. Dissolve flour in water, add to mixture. Add salt & pepper. Pour into pie shells. Cover with cheese & heat in oven at 325 degrees until cheese melts.
