Chocolate Dream Mousse
Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk
2 cups (12 oz pkg) Toll House, semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Sprinkle gelatin over water in medium saucepan. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved and then stir in sugar. Turn heat to medium and stir in milk. While stirring let milk get to steaming hot (do not let boil). Pour into blender. Add morsels and vanilla. Cover and blend on low speed until smooth. Pour into small mixer bowl. Refrigerate, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds from the spoon. Beat on high speed 1 or 2 minutes or until thick and light in color. Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
